Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ranchtidbits.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Original receipt or proof of purchase required
• Returns are issued as store credit only

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@ranchtidbits.com. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same return conditions apply (unworn, with tags, original packaging). You'll receive store credit for qualifying returns.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you via email. If approved, store credit will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days. If you have questions about your return status after 10 business days, please contact us at contact@ranchtidbits.com.
